SPIN (Special People in Need)

The Monday Group now meets at the Sacred Heart Centre, Glascote Heath, in term time, between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm.

SPIN meets every Wednesday at The Coton Centre, Comberford Road, Tamworth (100 yards past Rawlett’s School travelling out of Tamworth towards Burton-on-Trent) from 7.15 pm-9.30 pm during term time.

The group is for young people and adults over 14 years who have special needs.

The group is supervised by qualified youth workers and volunteers.

The coffee bar is open for drinks and snacks.

Members are able to use facilities, including pool tables and sports hall. Craft, drama and cookery activities are also organised.

There is a weekly disco run by the members from 8.30 pm-9.30 pm.

The club has disabled access and disabled toilet facilities.

The cost is £4.00 per session plus £1.00 yearly membership fee.
