Learn the technique of Nordic Walking to enhance your walks, work your upper body, improve fitness

A group event to learn the texhnique of Nordic Walking. A fitness exercise using specifically designed poles and a technique to propel you forward. Great for those who enjoy the outdoors and would like to explore Dartmoor too.

Saturday 15th June, Simmoms Park, Okehampton. 12-1/1.30pm. £25 per person, poles provided.
