Beyond Barriers is a FREE employability programme which is based on what YOU want to achieve.
Whether you want to learn new skills, find a job, get into education... we’re here to support you.
You'll be assigned a friendly coach who will help you explore what your goals are and how to get there - step by step. You can:
• Learn new skills
• Decide on a job route (training, education, volunteering, paid work)
• Find out how you could be better off (benefits, grants, etc)
• Improve your mental health and confidence
• Get CV, cover letter and interview preparation support
• ...and so much more!
This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, awarded by South Derbyshire District Council.
Beyond Barriers is FREE and open to adults (18+) in South Derbyshire who are unemployed or economically inactive.
