Re:Connect Yoga Classes

This yoga class is for people who would like to explore how yoga can support their wellbeing and may have felt their mental and/or physical health have been a barrier.

This class is for everybody and all bodies! No prior experience of yoga is required and the sessions will be adaptive to meet your physical and mental health needs. We offer the practice on a chair and mat. Each class will include movement, breath work and mindfulness.

With a Total Wellbeing (social prescription) referral the classes are free for 12 sessions. 

You can also self refer, the cost of the class is either £6 or £8 you pay what you can afford

We have 4 classes:

Wednesdays

  • Hightown Community Centre 10:00-11:00
  • Warden Hill Community Centre 12:00 - 1:00

Thursdays

  • Lewsey Community Centre 12:30-1:30
  • Hightown Community Centre (women only) 2:00-3:00
