Community connectors support people 18+ and who are feeling socially isolated and/or lonely. If you are feeling lonely and in need of positive social interactions and/or want to get involved in arts and crafts, then please come and join us for an afternoon of socialising with Coffee & Crafts. If you'd like to join please complete referral on Joy to express your interest, or give us a call. Alternatively, you can drop in to our session, where we can complete registration there with you.
What to expect:

- Group social interaction
- You can input your own creative ideas and skills within the sessions!
- Resources will be provided, but feel free to bring along your own arts/crafts which you would like to work on within the group
- Refreshments available
