We provide digital training sessions to help those older people who want to learn how to get online, to build their essential digital skills and confidence to live a more included and independent life. The IT support is learner led and can be provided one to one or in small groups.
A tablet loan scheme can also be offered to those older people most at risk of digital exclusion, to ensure they can access technology and connectivity on a loan basis to ‘give it a go’ and support their skills development in the short-term. IT support will take place for the duration of the tablet loan.
