Seated Exercise Classes

Seated /Standing based exercise class, that includes strengthening, toning, stretch exercises and chair based games.

The low impact chair based classes are a great way to stay active and healthy, improve mobility, strength, flexibility while having fun, meeting new people and feeling good. Ideal for anyone of any age with concerns about balance or maintaining a basic level of fitness for independent living. Ideal for those living with Parkinsons.
