LAW Referral Service - Registration

If you have just joined and received a confirmation email, go to 'sign in' (top right) and enter your email address and password to submit or track a referral.

If you are new to the LAW Referral Service (even if you were a member of our old service prior to April 2018) you will need to register for a brand new account.

Please contact the email address below and (subject to status) the new registration link will be sent to you.

The (new) LAW Referral Service allows registered members in Warwickshire to send in referral tickets at any time of day - 24/7. The service is specifically for support workers (health care, councils etc) that need to refer clients to Citizens Advice to help resolve more complex problems (benefits, debt, housing etc) on a fast-track basis.

Response time is usually within 3 working days (during normal working hours).

Each referral ticket is assigned a unique number which you can use to track progress and responses via our site. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your referrals.
