The ancient art of T'ai Chi Ch'uan is a beautiful set of gentle flowing movements to develop and exercise your mind, body and spirit. All you need is loose clothes, soft flat shoes and a smile.It is fun learning the gentle movements which enhance your concentration, coordination, balance, breath and muscles, and this in turn improves your health and vitality.
