Home Visiting with a trained volunteer

We offer practical, emotional, and social support to anyone living in Surrey with a life limiting illness, such as cancer, neurological conditions, or organ failure. This support can range from making the bed and doing weekly shops, to going out for coffee, to just having someone to talk to.

A fully trained and DBS checked Brigitte Trust volunteer will visit the same client each week, building a relationship centred on the client and their individual needs. Our volunteers will be there to listen without judgement, and can help make the day a bit more manageable.

More people than ever are now living with their diagnosis, and our aim is to support them to live well and live fully.
