Beginners Slow Flow Yoga

This Slow Flow Yoga is particularly indicated for beginners and people gently returning to yoga, or anyone else wishing to establish regular movement and meditation, relieve tensions, mobilize, strengthen the body and improve posture.

The practice is adapted and suited to varied needs. I like to bring a relaxed approach to yoga and create an environment that allows students to safely move, explore themselves feet at peace and reach a sense of  Wellbeing.
