Public Health Directory of Services for Rutland

The County Council has statutory responsibilities for public health services as set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and a duty to improve public health.  The council must take such steps to improve the health of people, tackling the priorities for health in our local area.  The council also has responsibility for a range of public health services previously provided by the NHS including most sexual health services and services to address drug or alcohol misuse.  Please find links to this directory, which sets out the services we commission or provide in response to these duties, in support of the council’s target operating model for prevention and early help services.
