The Environment and Me (TEaM) enhances mental health and wellbeing through outdoor activities, and is delivered in partnership by Coventry and Warwickshire Mind and Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.
TEaM is an eco-therapy-based project for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, loneliness or low self-esteem and confidence. It also supports individuals who have been signed off work due to poor mental health.
Through activities such as planting, crafts, woodwork, conservation, walks and talks, and learning about wildlife, the service provides a safe space for individuals to benefit from peer support and time in nature. Support is offered at various locations, including allotments, rivers, woodland, parks and green spaces.
Adults aged 18+ can self-refer.
