Rise2Thrive

Rise2Thrive is an employability project that helps people of working ages from 16 to 67 in Scarborough and surrounding areas. Run by an employability coordinator based at Age UK North Yorkshire Coast and Moors in Scarborough. The project helps develop people to build their confidence, self esteem and skills on their journey towards employment and supports people that are already employed facing barriers within their employment, fore example a learning difficulty, or mental health.

Service access criteria:

Participants need to be aged 16 -67 which is the pension age for UK residents. Participants aged 16-18 have to be not in Education, Employment or training to be eligible to access this free service.
