A gentle chair based class using movement, breath and sound to help identify where grief is stuck in our body. This class is non-religious and does not involve the requirement to share details of grief.
This is a one-hour class with a 15-30 minute debrief at the end, if required. Led by grief educator and grief movement guide Samantha Pickering. FREE taster session includes refreshments.
