South Molton Fitclub

A circuit training based exercise class. Expect a range of bodyweight exercises, plus use of resistance bands, suspension trainers and other equipment to work on aerobic fitness, core strength and mobility. This is a small, friendly class where the emphasis is on enjoying the activities. Come and give it a try!!
