An all-round workout for people who find burpees and star jumps intimidating! Using mostly bodyweight exercises we will work to develop, aerobic fitness, strength and mobility. The emphasis is on controlled movement rather than explosive/dynamic exercise. Ideal for someone working their way back to fitness after a period of illness or injury.
