lumin&us™ Free Family Mental Health & Well-being Support

lumin&us™ is built on the foundations of neuroscience and play therapies. Developed in collaboration with families by qualified therapists, educators, and mental health professionals, lumin&us™ employs therapeutic tools and techniques to promote the mental health and well-being of both children and adults.

The platform encourages mental well-being by helping individuals understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It provides therapeutic games and activities specifically designed to assist parents in meeting the unique needs of each child.

By engaging in these games and activities together, parents can foster and strengthen their bonds with their children. Regular use of the app leads to better mental health and well-being outcomes for the whole family.
