Healthwatch Peterborough

Healthwatch Peterborough is your local health and social care champion. We make sure NHS leaders and other decision makers hear your voice and use your feedback to improve care.

Advice and information

Healthwatch plays an important role in providing advice and pointing people in the right direction for the support they need.
We can help you find health or social care services near to you. And let you know what your options are if you have a concern or want to complain about local services.

Get in touch with us for one to one information to help you with your choices.

Share your story

Tell us about your experiences of NHS and social care services. Giving feedback, both good and bad, can help improve services. You can call our team on 0330 355 1285 or visit our website.

We run regular Health and Care Forums in Peterborough where you can hear from local NHS and other decision makers, share your experience of care and ask any questions. These events are free and open to everyone.

Volunteer to make a difference

Healthwatch volunteers play a vital role in helping people have their say on health and social care services.

As a volunteer, you will help us listen to the experiences of local people and understand what care is like for them — especially those whose voices aren’t always heard.

You’ll get to meet new people and develop skills and insights into health and care services.

There are a variety of roles to choose from, including helping us listen to local people's experience, take part in community research or joining our Board of Directors.

We offer full training and support, and pay reasonable out of pocket expenses.
