Yoga is a whole mind/body health and wellbeing practice involving physical postures and poses, either held or with a gentle flow and movement.
Yoga has multiple health benefits across every system of the body. Relieving tension, reducing stress, and improving flexibility, strength, stamina, posture, focus, sleep, and balance. Helping to reduce inflammation and improve immune function. All sessions include mindfulness, relaxation, and stress management breathing techniques.
