An 8 week programme to:
Learn methods to soothe and regulate your nervous system.
Establish a sense of solace and stability, so that you can begin to feel safe and at ease in your body.
Reduce symptoms of insomnia, anxiety and overwhelm, depression, PTSD, joint aches and pains, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.
Feel empowered, build self-esteem, increase resilience and self-compassion.
This programme will be targeted towards individuals who have gone through a recovery journey from drugs/alcohol.
Sessions separated in women and men only and starting in October.
