10 Keys Groups provide the opportunity to gather virtually and meet with like-minded people to learn about the 10 Keys to Happier Living - evidence-based ways to create a happier and more meaningful life - and how to put them into action.
10 Keys Groups are a great way to meet friendly like-minded people locally, learn more about how to live a happy and meaningful life and find actions you can take to support yourself and others.
We run on the second tuesday of the month, 4pm-5.30pm
