Social Interest Group - Penrose provide complex supportive housing within the havering borough.
Social Interest Group - Penrose have numerous supported accommodations with different support levels and risk assessments. Faringdon avenue is a 24 hours high-risk service with dual staffing (25-bed). We deliver, in partnership with havering council and other local service providers, to support those experiencing complex needs.
Masefield crescent is a 24 hour medium-risk, lone-working service (5-bed). Magnum close, Lucerne way, North Hill drive, Regarth avenue - floating support services (5-bed, each). Our floating support service provide intensive housing management.
Criteria:
The Provider will accept referrals who meet the agreed criteria for the service:
- single vulnerable residents with high complex needs – including hospital and acute discharges, drug & alcohol and mental health issues
- street homeless with complex needs
- ages from 18 and above
- willing to reduce the use of substances and engage with drug and alcohol treatment services
