Suffolk Domestic Abuse Helpline

Offering 24/7 telephone and online chat service, Suffolk's Domestic Abuse Helpline is here to offer advice and guidance to:

  • Victims and/or survivors of domestic abuse
  • Family and friends concerned for a loved one
  • Professionals who are concerned, had a disclosure and unsure what action to take.

Once ACT has established your situation, they'll then decide how best to support you. This may follow one of several routes:

  • ACT may be able to offer advice
  • You may be referred to ACT's own Domestic Abuse Outreach Support team
