We provide an information and advice service for deaf people living in England.  This includes services such as form fillings, letter translations, telephone calls and benefits checks.

Our AdviceLine service is for those who are Deaf or hard of hearing anywhere in England to develop independence and wellbeing.

You can access our service through a variety of digital platforms including WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom and Skype.

We can support you with understanding documents written in complex English for any of the categories above.  We can also help you with form filling, dealing with mandatory reconsiderations, appeals and preparations for assessments.
