Hampton Tiddlers - Tesco Hampton Community Space

Hampton Tiddlers is a stay and play group for children aged 0 to 5 and their parents, offering a huge variety of activities to connect and provide support to parents and carers, as well as provide a safe place for children to play, learn and develop.

You and your child will receive a warm welcome. Once you have signed in, children can enjoy the free-play area, while adults are offered coffee and tea. There are healthy snacks available mid-session for the children.

Hampton Tiddlers meets in two locations during school term time: Mondays at the Tesco Hampton Community space, and Fridays at the Goldhay Centre. Please check their Facebook page for times and upcoming activities.

Hampton Tiddlers have helped many mums make new friends and overcome the loneliness and isolation that can be experienced in the early days of parenthood. They provide a supportive network for local children and their parents and carers.

They have many volunteer-led activities, for example: craft sessions, planting sessions, story time, nursery rhymes, songbirds, making musical instruments, messy play, and culture-related activities. They also arrange walks and picnics at various places around Peterborough.

Hampton Tiddlers is run by volunteer mums. They are looking for volunteers to get involved for a few sessions a month, whenever it suits YOU! Get in touch with them to find out more.

A very small cost is charged per family per session.
