Derbyshire Recovery And Peer Support Service

What we do
Mental health difficulties are estimated to affect 1 in 4 of us at some stage in our lives and can range from low level anxiety issues right through to more severe and debilitating psychotic disorders.

We want to help people improve and maintain their mental health and wellbeing, and reconnect with their local community, through individually tailored support.

This service will provide access to one-to-one staff support, telephone support and community groups, providing both a safe space to talk and social opportunities to help you regain positive mental health.

Who we support
P3 offers support to anyone over the age of 18 living in Erewash and South Derbyshire, who is experiencing mental ill-health. If you live in Central or North Derbyshire, you could be eligible for support from one of our partners in this service:

For Chesterfield or Amber Valley, please contact Rethink
For High Peak and Derbyshire Dales, you can get in touch with the Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health.
