Not all exercise classes are the same!
A weekly (term time only) movement, dance and exercise class to music class. By using apparatus (balls, hoops, clubs) to add dynamics as well as to increasing stretch and encouraging whole body movement, we work on coordination as well as building stamina. With the emphasis on enjoyable movements and fun this might be the non competitive exercises class you looking for.
Suitable for anyone who wants to try something a bit different, previous dance experience is not necessary.
