Restorative, Yin and breathwork

A calming and meditative class that blends the deep stretches of Yin yoga with the supportive, relaxing asanas of Restorative yoga. This class focuses on holding poses for extended periods (1-5 minutes) to release tension and improve flexibility while incorporating breathwork techniques to enhance relaxation and mindfulness. Props such as blocks, blankets and straps will be used for comfort and support.
