THE BUZZ - Heart Rate Monitor Required.

(Minimum 2 participants to run) Buzz is a great all round workout that combines not only aerobic base work but anaerobic capacity as well.  In between each cardio segment will be high rep smaller muscle group work with weights (accessories) and finally finishing with smaller rep heavier load compound movements.  This workout truly hits everything all in one go and will leave you feeling energized and challenged from top to toe.
