We offer ISTD syllabus classes from Primary to Intermediate in Imperial Classical Ballet. Students can be entered for examinations at the discretion of our teachers. What this class is great for? Dance classes build strength, stamina and coordination. Research has shown it benefits children physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Dance involves a range of motion, coordination and strength. The entire body is used and is an excellent form of exercise for all over fitness.
