Women’s Support Group is a space for mums who have been through the process of having their child/ren removed from their care.
It is designed by mums for mums to share and support each other in their experiences.
Women’s Support Group is a peer led support group which is supported by professionals. The space allows mums to talk, learn and engage in new opportunities.
Activities include: - Colouring books - Peer led discussions - grief, education, mental health, community access, domestic abuse, trauma - Mental Health yoga - Boxercise - Support to access free courses - And more…
It’s a safe space dedicated to building relationships and support networks and to share the message; “You’re not alone”.
