Your Rights, Confidence & Resilience Workshop

On Saturday, 23rd November at 11am, join us for a productive day featuring two empowering workshops and an interactive well-being session designed to boost your confidence, clarify your rights, and build resilience for long-term career success.

We’ll start the day by providing you with essential knowledge about your workplace rights, including how to confidently assert them and make informed choices. After a light lunch, we’ll dive into our Confidence and Resilience Workshop, where you’ll gain practical tools to develop a strong mindset, stay motivated, manage stress, and overcome career challenges. This session will empower you to approach setbacks positively and build the resilience needed to thrive in your professional journey.

As we approach the end of th event, it’s time to bring everything we've learned together in our interactive “How to Professionally Say…” well-being workshop. This final session will focus on real-life workplace scenarios, giving you practical language and strategies to handle tricky conversations with professionalism and confidence. Whether you’re setting boundaries, asking for help, or asserting your rights, you’ll leave feeling prepared to communicate effectively and protect your well-being in the workplace.
