Bosavern Community Farm - Tuesday Horticulture Volunteering

Tuesdays from 10am no prior experiences needed, full training will be given. Drop-in, non-committal.

Every season brings a variety of tasks e.g. ground clearance, bed preparation, sowing, potting on, planting out, watering, structural supports, weeding, mulching, harvesting, pest control, repairs and maintenance.

Our half hour morning teabreak at 11am and our cooked communal lunch from 1-2pm provide ample opportunity to connect with like-minded people from all walks of life both locally and from elsewhere in the world! Please get in touch or just turn up for a no-commitment trial session.

Please bring along sturdy shoes (walking boots or wellies), warm clothes, and waterproofs. We have spare supplies of waterproofs and wellies on site but sizes can be limited.

We may have bursaries available for local volunteers to help with travel costs and PPE - please get in touch if needed.

Please arrive at one of the following times:

10am - start of the volunteering day

11-11:30am - teabreak

1-2pm - lunchbreak

If you require lunch but do not intend on arriving until after 11:30, please give us a heads up so we know to cook for you.
