Peer Support

Our peer support groups are designed to help you feel comfortable about what you're feeling and going through​, and give you a safe space to share coping techniques and support options​ with other people. It's a great way to reassure you that you're not alone in what you're experiencing. 

Our groups meet or do things together depending upon what members are interested in.

If there's a group or activity you're interested in, and think others might be too, we'd love to hear from you.

We hope that you'll feel a sense of community and know you have somewhere to turn to at difficult times.

Peer support can also open doors to other opportunities such as volunteering, and help you build confidence and self esteem.
