Sileby Good Companions is a group which meets weekly on a Monday morning at the library, 11am to 1pm. The aim of the group is for members of the community who feel isolated, lonely or lack confidence socially to have a place to get together once a week in a friendly and calming environment. The group provides an opportunity to meet new people, make new friendships and take part in enjoyable activities. The overall intention is for those who attend to experience a sense of belonging and to feel that by attending, it is helping to improve their overall wellbeing.
