Mild Cognitive Impairment Groups

Mild Cognitive Imoairment (MCI) groups are for anyone that is worried about their memory or has been diagnosed with an MCI and would like to increase their confidence in managing their own health.

This is a self-management group that provides you with a range of tools to help their brain health. You will be able to explore a range of approaches and information on how to get the best out of your brain.  Some of the topics include; lifestyle for a healthy brain, memory exercises, hints and tips to help your day to day memory.

Service access criteria: Been diagnosed with a Mild Cognitive Impairment or are experiencing memory difficulties and would like improve their brain health.
