Wellbeing Walks

Health and wellbeing walks are led by friendly, trained leaders who provide encouragement and support, and make sure no one gets left behind. The walks are open to everyone, but some are aimed at those who are less active or who may be facing a mental health challenge. Health and Wellbeing Walks are sociable group walks led by trained leaders. They are open to anyone of any age, fitness or ability but many are aimed at those who are less active.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are weather-appropriate. Bring some water to drink.
