What is PlusBus?
Our PlusBus service provides door-to-door transport for people who find it difficult to use public transport. You can register if you are unable to use public transport and/or have mobility difficulties.

Where and when can I travel?
You can travel anywhere in the Borough of Ealing between 9am and 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays (subject to availability).

Key info:

  • Door to door accessible community transport service within the Borough of Ealing Mon-Friday for anyone who cannot access public transport.
  • Our drivers are single man crews and cannot enter someone's home, clients must able to make it to their own front door.

Pricing:

  • The first 3 return journeys are free
  • Then £10 for a return, £5 for a single journey

I have used the PlusBus community bus on a weekly basis for many years now. The staff in the booking office have always accommodated my needs where they are able to or an alternative solution is always offered. I have always found the booking staff very friendly and helpful.
