Mindfulness Workshops with David Lynch

In these mindfulness workshops you will be led in guided meditations, with periods of silence and time to reflect and share. The exercises will help you to tune into your senses and give the present moment your full attention and acceptance.

David Lynch is a Mindful Coach and Wellbeing Trainer who has a wealth of experience both personally and professionally in the practice of mindfulness. He runs free ‘Naturally Mindful in Nature’ sessions at various points throughout the year, which are held in the quiet beauty of the community garden at Nightingale Rec, near Addenbrookes’ Hospital. For dates of upcoming sessions visit the wellbeing section of the Nightingale Garden website. The workshops are free to attend but booking is required. To book a place on a workshop contact David on 07375 064 336 or naturallymindfulnow@gmail.com.

The sessions are held in the outdoor room pictured above. In wet weather they move to a polytunnel within the garden. You will be seated throughout the session. You don’t need to bring anything except yourself! Make sure to wear something comfortable and warm.

David also runs fortnightly ‘Mindful Moments’ sessions at Arthur’s Shed in the grounds of Arthur Rank Hospice in Great Shelford. These sessions are open to everyone, you do not need to have a connection to the Hospice to attend. The sessions are free, but a small donation is welcome. For more information visit the Arthur’s Shed website.
David also offers one-to-one health coaching for people experiencing difficulties or managing chronic illness and pain. There is a cost for these sessions. Contact David on on 07375 064 336 for more information.
