Resilience Group at Lifecraft

Lifecraft’s Resilience Group supports people to develop their own coping strategies for everyday life challenges. Members come together to discuss their feelings around different topics in a safe and confidential space. The discussions are open and peer-led. The group bases the conversation around a variety of themes such as self- belief, dealing with social situations, and trust. Members are welcome to share as much or as little as they are comfortable with at each session.

The Resilience Group is a hybrid group in The Bath House and Online via Zoom.

The group is free to attend.
