The service reflect the mores and norms of African and Caribbean societies expressed through diet and social activities.

Delivered by fully trained paid and voluntary personnel the service is activity orientated and designed to stimulate and encourage social contact whilst keeping Club Members physically and mentally active in a warm and safe environment.

Service access criteria: Suitable for retirees who can manage their own personal hygiene. Individuals who require support in toileting and other personal tasks are welcomed, however must to be accompanied by a personal carer.
