For 'self-referrers' Nutriri is pleased to offer Free Co-Learning Hub membership which includes our popular '5 Days of Intuitive Eating', one session of Nutriri Group Hypnotherapy, Weight Neutral language swaps and the Weight Neutral Patient / Dr Card.

5 Days of Intuitive Eating 

An email a day, for five days, with plenty of support! Whether you call it mindful, conscious, intuitive or 'YOUR NAME' eating - we look forward to meeting you in the comments there! Come along and be as interactive as you choose - you can create a 'screen name' on the Co-Learning Hub so you can ask or share what's needed there.

Intuitive eating is a philosophy of eating that makes you the expert of your body and its hunger signals. It doesn't impose guidelines about what to avoid and what to eat.

Some people learn intuitive eating to ditch diet-culture and some learn it to use alongside intentional weight change - at Nutriri we work with everyone; never judging. In time we hope that being a part of the Nutriri Weight Neutral community that you'll be able to let go of focussing on your weight so much because we've learnt that doing so creates more helpful and lasting behaviours.

At VCSE Nutriri we've been working since 2015 to improve access to health, food and movement without focusing on weight as a health metric. Come on over and read about/watch our visit to The House of Commons and discover our CPD training and community.
