Fitness through boxing

We operate a friendly local community gym, with Instructor lead open mixed sessions during the week Mon- Sun.

Sessions start at 9:30 most days and run throughout the day with our last session at 19:30. Each session is an hour. 

We also run age specifc class for the younger generation on Tuesdays. We teach a structured  fitness programme through boxing training and the individual chooses how in-depth they wish to go.

It is a great way to meet the local community, whilst improving mental and physical health.
