Active Lifestyles

Our Active Lifestyle programme includes a wide range of exercise classes and walks, mainly for people who are new or returning to exercise.

We have lots of different classes for everyone to enjoy including sessions to help you keep active as you age, these include things like Walking Football, Tai Chi, Tone and Stretch and Keep Fit classes.

Classes are available across the borough and you can start at any time.
