Mindfulness sessions

Come and try Mindfulness, the practice of being in the present moment to help you relax and improve your sense of well-being. Learn techniques for calming the mind, following the breath and deep relaxation to help relieve stress, improve sleep and well-being. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Your first session is free then 6 sessions are £30 or £6 drop in. You can come to as many sessions as you can attend however the more you practice the better the results.
