Sound Minds - Mama Low's Kitchen (drop in)

Mama Low’s Kitchen is a user led drop-in for Wandsworth residents living with mental health difficulties. We meet every Friday at the Katherine Low Settlement, 108 Battersea High St. SW11 3HP between 10.00 – 2.30 p.m.

Joining is completely free, although drop-in users pay £2.50 for a healthy lunch. Anyone can refer you, or you can refer yourself (but please don’t drop in uninvited!). There are some laptops to use, teas and coffees, support, pool and monthly activities such as Saffron’s Street Jazz Dance, outings etc.
