Seated Exercise Class

We run a weekly mid-morning Seated Exercise Class on Zoom every Wednesday morning at 11am. The class is free and lasts 25-30 minutes. The exercises are easy to follow, the classes are fun and it is all from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
