Caring Connections

The main objectives of Caring Connections are the provision of home care support services and charitable projects to individuals with support needs across the North West.

The charities central objectives are to relive stress experienced by carers of all ages who have caring responsibilities and to provide high quality personalised support to individuals with long term conditions and care needs.

The Charity also exists to provide services to members of the public with additional services. It is part of our ethos to develop services to meet the changing needs of people and to be responsive to requests for support. Any surplus generated from the provision of our services is reinvested in improving the services we deliver.

Caring Connections specialises in the provision of personalised care and support to vulnerable residents aiming to improve levels of independence, reduce social isolation and improve overall quality of life.
