All sessions are charged at £11.68 per hour. Session costs are as follows, Friday night: £35.04, Saturday: £58.40. Sutton Mencap is a charity that offers support for adults and children with learning disabilities as well as their families and carers. These services include a wide range of social activities including: ‘Breakaways’ a service aimed at adults living with parents or other family members, it gives families a ‘much deserved break’ while ensuring the clients have a programme of activities to participate in (personal care provided). Mencap also provides many group-based activities and outings such as, trips to local leisure centres, the park, cinema, bowling, taking part in art and dance classes aimed at helping people to meet friends, develop skills and have fun (support workers are welcome to attend). As well as a range of in-house activities.
